WELCOME TO MY LEARNING JOURNEY
Join me on my adventure along a path adorned with clouds, computers, and classrooms.
About Me
Hi there, my name is Rochel Duato and I currently reside in Brooklyn, NY. I am a proud alumna of Cornell University, holding a bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Science with a specific focus on climate change. I have two beautiful dogs who are currently enjoying the use of a backyard with my parents in Michigan, they are known as Forrest and the BamBams.
This site is where I hope to retain the knowledge of my goals this year and be able to look back to see how much I've grown. There will be errors and lots of misconceptions here, but that at the moment is the point. There is no good science that starts from a perfect place.
I invite you to accompany me on my ongoing journey of seeking knowledge in the fields of meteorology, coding, Hebrew linguistics, and the various experiences life has to offer. I hope to explore the intricacies of weather patterns, dive into the fascinating world of programming, delve into the depths of the Hebrew language and culture, and embrace the valuable lessons that life presents us with.
My goals with this site:
Meteorology
Science and Climate Change - Science is always changing, refreshing the topics covered in my undergraduate studies is the name of the game.
Python Projects - I intend to create and enhance my code generating and writing.
Coding
Hebrew Learning
Language Fluency - I am endeavoring to learn a language from almost scratch, I hope to keep progressing, and at some point reach fluency.
Life Experiences
Adventures - Ah and the most important piece of all, keeping track of the goings of life.
